Listened to what we needed; developed a plan and an estimate that met our needs and budget, in fact was much less than we thought the cost would be; and completed a complex job in record time, days earlier than we expected. Cleaned up the site, -couldn't tell they had been here other than the new roof on the house. Followed through - quickly provided the information and documentation we needed for the insurance company. I contacted Westbank roofing regarding an issue with an old turbine vent and they scheduled a time to come out to my home to review the problem the same day. I also received a quote that night that was very reasonable and once I confirmed the work to proceed, they showed up the next day and performed the work. Very pleased with their response and service. Would recommend them.

Westbank Roofing re-sealed our flat roof and replaced two skylights. They also removed a roof vent that was no longer needed and shingled over that spot. We were kept well informed throughout the process by both the estimator and the crew who did the. work. We were quite pleased. That's why we've been customers for many years.
