Hello to all, well I’m back to leave yet another review about Smart Tax Pro. Once again I had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Brown and her lovely staff. Mrs. Brown was very personable, knowledgeable and also very professional. She took care of my personal taxes and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. The atmosphere at her office was great and her office location is very accessible. Once she was finished with my tax return this year, she gave me the option to pay through my taxes when they come or she can invoice me and pay that way. The tax year of 2021 was my first filing with Smart Tax Pro. The excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff resulted in a loyal customer! Friendly, reliable, and resourceful, I could not ask for a better tax preparer.

I have been using the tax services for the past 4 years, all with wonderful experience. My return was prepared same day and I was even given the Rapid Refund option. My tax preparer was very efficient, professional and friendly. She was very thorough and explained every scenario to me prior to preparation to make sure I understood the process and possible outcomes from the IRS. I have recommended all of my family and friends to use Smart Tax Pro.
