I have been a Rob's customer since 2006. They have been a family-owned business all these years, and they have always been responsive and helpful when I need them. I especially appreciate the service manager, George, whose approach is to fix, not replace, until fixing is no longer the best option. Rob's kept my two old HVAC systems running until each reached the end of its service life. I am one of those guys who wants to use everything I buy until it can't be used any more, and when I replace it I look for the best product at the best price. I am very pleased with my recent generator installation. From my initial contact with Christine and then with my contact with Scott, who installed my generator, communication was very smoothe and efficient. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and his work very clean. Highly recommend!!
I have been a customer of Rob's A/C for going on 11 years. Great company to work with, everyone is very nice and professional. When there was a problem with my ac unit they got right on it and it was fixed in no time. I would recommend Rob's A/C to anyone.
