Scheduled for tech to come out between 1 and 3. Didn't show up or was given a call why. Called the office and said he was working a little late on the earlier customer. Business closed for the and have not received a call or text.

From the initial phone request (Christine)to the correction of the ac problem, my interaction with Rob's had been nothing but spectacular. I received a text message confirming my appointment date and time, I received a text message with the technicians name, along with a picture and when the job was completed, a text thanking me for trusting their company.Jessie Matthew's, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and a true pleasure to have at my property.He found the problem quickly(capacitor), replaced it quickly, and checked the rest of the system.He was mindful to cleanup after himself.He made sure that the system was working properly before closing...read full review

I would highly recommend Rob's AC. Prior to arrival, I received a text message communicating the arrival time, picture, and a brief write up of the technician. The technician Jesse Matthews was well mannered, very knowledgeable, and took a lot of pride in his work. He listened to all of my concerns and educated me throughout the process. Great service!
