“I have had pre and post op knee replacement experience with Tandem Physical Therapy. That experience was positive, professional and personally designed for me and my needs. I am not placed on a series of machines for a period of time and then the session is over.All therapy is hands on and what I appreciate, educational. I am empowered to continue to do at home what I have learned at the facility.Shaina was my primary therapist. She is amazing. She knew when to push me and when to take it easy, all with a positive goal in mind. Kristy was the PTA that also worked with me many times and she was excellent-very competent but also took time to teach me to help myself at home.I have had experience with other facilities that have been effective but none with the level of care and technique that has resulted in my positive outcomes.Many thanks. “Most PT practices are almost cookie cutter versions of the same thing. They come up with a list of the same exercises and then have somebody tell you to do them.

Fyzical is different. To begin with, they have lots of special equipment for balance and gait training. I've had a lot of PT before and never seen this type of equipment. It has been great for both diagnosing and treating my issues. They can also test my ability and measure my progress. They can even compare it against what is normal for my age range.

The other thing that they do differently is that when I walk in and tell them about something I'm having a problem with, they work on it with me. They help find me some exercises that address that specific problem. They aren't tied to an unchanging list of exercises.

All of the staff is caring and I'm finally making progress with my gait and balance.“
