I've had excellent service at Magnolia Physical Therapy, Westbank. Mrs. Debra (Admin Assistant) is very warm and welcoming. Ms. Rhonda (Massage Therapist) has the best massage hands in the city. She takes the time to answer questions and educate during our sessions. I would highly recommend her for a Deep Tissue Massage. As I wait for my session to begin, I always pay attention to the interactions of the staff with their patients. The staff appears to be very attentive to the needs of their patients. Everyone is always smiling. That makes a great difference.
The entire group of people at Magnolia has truly blessed me with their heart spirit and professionalism. I thank each and every person. The front to my good by l don’t want to leave , May God forever bless and keep them is my prayers.
Initial assessment of the Doctor about my condition was very impressive and I will rate it overall outstanding assessment. Then follows of dos and dont precautionionary measures that I needed to improve my overall condition afterwards. The facility is clean and organize. Lots of equipment for you to use. The PT technicians are very professional as I observed them and the Customer Service recepient is very kind and pleasant to talk too. She discussed with me the company policy, schedulling and others informative policy to adhere too. Also prior I check out she gived me a Welcome Aboard water container bottle that I can use.
