From the moment I parked my truck I was met by Mr. Khaldun asking to assist me. I told him I was already 90 percent sure I found another company to do my work, but something in my spirit told me to stop there on that Saturday Morning just to take one more look. I was looking for Quartz and was willing to pay more because I simply liked how it looked. Well Mr Khaldun seemed to be more interested in what was best for my needs than what I liked and the cost. He explained to me the difference and turns out granite although is cheaper than quartz and KMG was gonna make a few bucks less it ended being what was best for my needs. I think it was the that moment I knew I was no longer going with the other company. (Home Decor). Who by the way from the first point of contact in the store to the guy who didn’t show up or call for the first appointment treated me like they was doing me a favor. (But I really liked that piece of Quartz and couldt find it anywhere else). Mr. Khalduns attention to my needs made that not matter anymore. He even went above and beyond by helping me hook up my refrigerator that arrived while he was getting his measurements and came back after work to hook up my plumbing. Yes, I read other reviews that said they were racist, I thank God I read that after my encounter with them directly. Thank you all for your help and kindness. The work was top notch as well. The installers seemed to be very focused on making sure I was pleased before they left. God Bless you all.
