Came in for a full set-powder … Took her almost 2 hours to finish. Nails were so THICK asked to have them filed more.. hardly made a difference. Nails have white spots on them. Asked for Coffin nails but you can’t even see the shape bc of all the powder she just kept pilling on there. Told the owner about it and she ignored me. Paid $78… I’ve never paid this much for a plain full set. Save your time and money!!!

This place & Mia’s on Lapalco Blvd are horrible!! The disrespect is intolerable. I work hard for my money, so if I walk into your establishment, I’m paying for a service, and a great one at that. I was very upset at her attitude when I visited yesterday afternoon. Her energy immediately proved that she didn’t feel like doing my nails. Very poor customer service! I’m an Alpha female, I don’t take disrespect lightly. In a very calm tone, I expressed to her that her behavior was trash! Do not go there! They’re not kind, pleasant or warm.
