Extraordinary flooring provided excellent work for my project! Jacob, the owner, communicated effectively and was very knowledgeable on the different epoxy options/techniques. The onsite crew displayed tidiness, great communication, and overall great work!
Extraordinary floors are some of the most professional and friendly contractors I've ever worked with. Jacob was my first point of contact. He reached out to me and was able to quote us for polishing the concrete floor that same day. He shared photos of their work and went through the whole process with me. He answered all my questions and concerns. Once we decided to get the work done his team came on time and met me at the location. The team of workers were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Extraordinary Flooring completed 2 projects for me while I was managing projects for Hilton Worldwide. They were professional, coordinated their work with all operational activities, analytical and proactive when responding to difficult situations, worked whatever hours to meet the needs of the client and maintain the agreed upon schedule, and always went above and beyond the call to duty to service the client.
