We have been using Clement Heating & Air Conditioning since we purchased our home in 2014. Every spring they come out and service our AC & swamp cooler and we've used them for minor repairs over the years. This weekend our AC quit working completely and the repair is definitely on the major side. Due to the unit's age, it was a quandary as to whether it'd be wiser to replace or repair. A large personal factor in that decision was that I recently found myself unemployed. Ken and Apryl answered all of our questions and provided us with great information and several options. They guided us to the decision to repair at this time. I'm sure they make more money from installs but I know 100% that I can count on them to be honest with me. If you hire Clement Heating & Air Conditioning you will not only benefit from timely and thorough service and good communication, but also HONESTY & INTEGRITY from a FAMILY business that truly has their customer's best interests at heart. At the risk of sounding like a promoter for Clement Htg & AC, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've been with them (or they've been with me?) for many years. Always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. This morning I awoke to a very cold morning with no heat. After doing whatever I could think of to solve my problem - to no avail - I called Clement. The technician who came to my house said he recognized my name and came right away. I think I waited not more than an hour. (I had been told they'd call me in a few hours, after they checked the schedule of their technicians so see if someone could make an emergency call.) They came, found the problem, went to pick up the part and installed it. In a few minutes -- we had heat! Great job. Recommend highly.

We have finally found our HVAC man! We purchased a home 3 years ago that has a heat pump system.We were totally unfamiliar with this heating system and had been having trouble for the whole 3 years...We have had 3 different HVAC people here in this time period and none seemed to know much about our system...then we found ourselves freezing during this last big snow and nothing but cold air blowing from our ductwork!!!I found several good reviews for Clements and decided to give them a try.What a REFRESHING difference!..They installed the system we needed and were always available by phone for any questions.....Update....We are now in May of 2018 and our system is doing a great job...ac and heat are working great.
