FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!Dean and Felix showed up on time (actually early which was a great surprise) and got right to work. They were both extremely professional, polite and pleasant. They had to get under my house in a tight space and crawl all the way over to the other side of the house to reach the pipes. They were able to do so with ease and an upbeat attitude about the entire process. They were also very nice to my 3 dogs who were extremely interested in them. They completed a thorough inspection, video documentation and report for the buyer of the house and the realtor. I have always had a great experience with Tunnel Vision, but Dean & Felix knocked it out the park today. They were very responsive in letting me know they were on the way. They arrived a little earlier to ensure they were on time, and were very patient in waiting for me to arrive and open the home. We had a few set backs with getting a camera down the pipes, but they quickly problem solved to get the job done for me and my clients today. They answered any questions I had about the inspection, and will be back on Tuesday for a clean out. I can confidently say I will be booking Dean & Felix for all of my plumbing inspections going forward. THANK YOU!
We had an amazing experience! Navigating this crazy housing market was been insane! Sammy came out inspected 2 potential home for us and each time he throughly explained the process and his finding. Buying a home is a huge investment; you have to know the condition of your pipes.
