Capital Improvement did a fine job with my Patio Cover. They followed up and ensured all was good. They even help fix an issue with my gutters that was a result of the Pation Cover being installed. Even thought I’d was due to an existing issue with the gutter pitch, and no fault of their own. I highly recommend them.

They Hardie Planked the entire home and replaced the soffit and facia with Hardie materials. The transformation was incredible. Their crew was meticulous in the cuttingand proper spacing of the plank and trim. The house, like so many in New Orleans, was not perfectly level but they made sure the planks did not show the issues. After I painted the exterior I had them come back out and install 6 inch seamless architectural gutters. The gutters put the finishing touches on the house.
