They help us on so many levels and we are grateful for the entire staff. In 2013 I lost my dog Saban to old age. We had him for 12 years and he was 15 yrs old. Lake animal help me through the grief process and checked up on me for weeks after we had to put him down. They wrapped him up in his own blankets and placed him in a box my son built so we could bring him to our farm in Mississippi and bury him. They are the most compassionate Animal Hospital I've ever been to.These ladies are like family and we Love them all. Kenny & Valerie Peffer.. It took a few days, but in my heart I felt that the advice and options laid out for me were honest and diverse. Binx never handled the vet well, but she did good with the team at TCP and though I balled my eyes out at their facility, they took time to comfort me and have made follow ups feel personal and professional. I received a handwritten card this week in the mail that moved me, as it was a first experience to have with a Vet office. I miss her terribly, but the card helped me feel a little more at peace. Sometimes, it’s the little things that make all the difference to some. I am grateful.“

“Dr. Olivier is the best of the best. She is so caring and you really can tell that she followed a calling. The staff that I encounter are extremely helpful. I love that they all seem to be like family. It makes me feel more at ease when I know my little babies are in good hands no matter the problem. I also like that she is straight forward with what is going on. When it's tense she cracks a joke to break the ice. Going to this facility is truly in your little angel's best interest. They also remember my kid's birthday's and send him birthday cards every year. I think that is adorable. The prices aren't bad either.“

I didn't get to meet the veterinarians because I was there to transport cats from a rescue for spaying/neutering, but based on my interactions with the staff, I think the vets must also be excellent.“
