I booked a last-minute hair appointment this morning at 9 AM (appt was at 11) through JCPenney's website and got serviced by Ms. Catessa. She was timely, knew a lot about hair, and was really nice. She took her time with my hair and made me feel comfortable since it was my first time being serviced there. Ms. Catessa is definitely a 10 out of 10. I'm super happy I went!!

Posting under my husband’s name but my 2 daughters and I went to get our hair cut. I had made an appointment for us online. When we got there the person we had an appointment with was not there. Mrs. Quiniece greeted us at the counter and was very helpful. She did not speak poorly of her co-worker who left her hanging all day. Instead, she looked at her schedule and gave us options for being able to get in with her for our scheduled time. She took her time cutting our hair and we all three looked great by the end of the appointment. She could have said our guy wasn’t there and sent us on our way out of luck. Kiersten has done my hair one three different occasions now, each time putting a perm in my naturally super straight, super thick hair. She is super nice and very professional. Due to the nature of my hair the first perm did not take. She had no problem going in to fix it and it held the second time. I am currently getting the perm redone now since the first one was coming out. I love how I can just walk in and set an appointment that works for me. I highly recommend Kiersten.
