Ac went out during the night. Called Mel's and they were able to get to us so fast. With the heat everyone's ac were shutting down. Matt was our technician. He was amazing. He gave me advice for better upkeep and was so easy to talk to. I hope to have him again in the future! Best service I had from ANY tanji business so far. The price for service is unbeatable.
