Since this company was bought out by Rentokil (a British company), it has gone down hill. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I have been with JaRoy for over 40 years, will be looking for a new company. Had not even scheduled my inspection when I get a call from the technician, who was very nice, saying he was coming the next day. Told him I was not aware of this and wanted it rescheduled when I would be there. Rescheduled for the 15th. On the 12th got a call saying I needed to schedule an appointment and told them it was scheduled for the 15th. Was told rudely they did not work that day so rescheduled for the 22nd. So sad that this company has bought out Dugas- they are HORRIBLE!! We had happily been customers of Dugas for years, and since this company took over it has been a disaster. We have always been on automatic payments with Dugas. No one from Ja-Roy has reached out to us about payments ever, so we assumed as always automatic payments were being drawn (I guess my bad for not realizing it wasn’t coming out of my account). There was never a call and never an email from Ja-Roy since June. 3 Stars because the Termite side of our service is still up to par. I figured I would give em a try on the pest side. They came out promptly, but did not do what we asked (spray the inside of the house). After talking to a rep, we rescheduled for 8/31/23 for an interior service. A robo caller called me on 8/29/23 to confirm the appointment. I get someone to wait at the house between the hours of 7 and 12 and they are a no show. I call them and find out they rescheduled my appointment to 9/7 without any contact to me. INFURIATING!!!!!
