My outside unit broke down for my upstairs Daikin FIT AC. It was after 5pm. Called them. They called back in less than 10 minutes. Had Hunter out here in less than 1/2 hour. It was a very unusual problem but they had the part at their warehouse. Unit was fixed, tested and running in 1-1/2 hours. Absolutely pleased. My upstairs went from 81 degrees down to 70 - we can sleep upstairs tonight. Great service!
Great group of guys that do quality work at a fair price. They had our new AC installed in a little over half a day and the unit selected has a great warranty. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent customer service year around. I appreciate how they keep me knowledgeable and up to date with my old system without the pressures of buying a new one.
