You have to ring call bell so they can open the gate and let you inside. Don’t not arrive more than 30 mins before your appointment. Shipping and receiving is unavailable between 7:30am-8:15am Monday through Friday so don’t arrive at these times. They will tell you which dock to go into. You have to slide your tandems back, back into the door and drop your trailer and park by the curb. They will come out to you with your paperwork when they are done.
