Chad took time to help me understand aspects of maintenance & parts all while the phones rag off the hook. Still he never got angry or appeared disgruntled. He was kind and patient.The mechanic who worked on my car seemed to do a good job. It is only a day later so hopefully nothing adverse happens. I didn't get his name. He was the only one that day. Great attitude considering he was working alone.Micheal demonstrated excellent customer service when I called to make an appointment for Sunday on a day that this location doesn't not normally do appointments (due to staff shortages). Mike did anyway as it was my only available day & I specifically drive an hour frombaton Rouge to this location because I trust the service.This is a great Firestone location.“
