Made an appointment for today as a new client which they canceled, said they will try to fit me in with someone else making me wait all day. Never reached out to me, I had to text them at their last hour opened asking if I was going to squeeze me in to get a nope. So unprofessional. Will never try them again.

Rachel gave me a perm that resulted in my head and scalp being hot and itchy. I called her the next day. My call went to her voice mail. Rachel never returned my call.
