Staff were very sincere about my situation. The o my issue I had was a few patrons that entered the facility are flat rude I did however staff handled it the best they could . Way better than I would have . I take my hat off to the ladies at the front desk no way I would put up with the verbal abuse some of them were taking
I'm not going to lie, I expected to be greeted with attitude for walking in at 20 minutes before closing time ? But the office representative was extremely welcoming. We saw Dr. Karen Paul and she was very nice and listened to my concerns about my daughter. The x ray technician was also great and patient w my 4 yr old who was scared to death, but came out calm. Great job team! Thank you for caring for my baby ?
I was greeted immediately. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. The Dr was a people person and kind. I was taken care of in a timely manner and given a Tx plan. Very grateful for their help
