This company stood us up three times. Me and my disabled children were sitting in the heat for over two weeks before our AC unit was finally repaired. I was told that it was repaired the first time the technician came out only for the AC to stop working 2 days later. It could not have been fixed since it needed a new starter so I don't know why I was lied to. Finally it's fixed.Service: A/C system maintenance

My 75 year old mother needed a diagnostic for her AC that has been frozen for a week. The service-men came and when she asked him about wearing a mask inside her home, one tech became irate, stated that she wasn't wearing a mask, he has been working for two months without a mask and no, he had not been tested. My mother explained that they were in HER home and she would wear a mask to protect them from her, and they needed to wear a mask to protect her from them. The serviceman became more irate and combative, took two screws out of the indoor A/C unit, re-screwed them, then stormed out. Completely unprofessional.
