Wide selection of parts for many appliances. They don't try to up-sell you. Better yet, they genuinely help you solve your problem. I brought a suspect part and they tested it for me and thereby stopped me from wasting my money and pointed me in the right direction. Top notch retailer. Access to all appliance parts no matter where/who makes it.

My only issue is that there seems to be two price lists for parts. If you are associated with a company, you receive a lower price on a part than just an ordinary Joe off the street.

Several Years ago, I left a 1 Star Review similar to some of the other 1 ⭐ reviews you might find in their reviews.However, I'm confident now to upgrade Ideal appliance Parts to a Strong 5 ⭐ review because if I would have given them another chance sooner for my recent needs they would have saved me so much time & money.After watching many YouTube troubleshooting videos, I had my Capacitors tested at another place that told me one of them was bad. So I replaced them all along with a New Contactor for preventative maintenance. (And to have extras).
