Though I HATE having to carve out time to go sit in a nail shop, I always feel better when walking into Hi Nails and being greeted by familiar faces. My mother and I have been visiting Hi Nails regularly for over ten years. We know all the nail techs by name and they know ours too. They remember all our little nit-picky particularities and always deliver! I've had to visit other nail shops in the past when they've closed for holiday or vacation and I've ALWAYS regretted it. The best spa services and customer service has always been provided here... they even have clients who've moved across the lake, to Slidell, etc and STILL come all the way to Hi nails to get their nails/toes done. If that doesn't tell you about the quality of work they provide, then I don't know what will!

This place comes with excellent reviews and a referral from an associate. The door sign reads, "walk-ins are welcomed" but I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. Yikes right?? I suppose I'll be making an appointment. I can understand that businesses have to change the way they operate due to this seemingly never ending pandemic. However, a courtesy sign reflecting that change would be nice though.

I've been going here for many years now for my pedicures!! The technicians always get my toes right! Clean and crisp gel toes everytime. Other than the actual service, it's super clean here which is something that is VERY important to me. You can see that the instruments are well sterilized/autoclaved and sealed in sterilization pouches before they get to the actual seat. The nail techs are very nice and they have plexiglass dividers for covid 19 reasons as well. I usually call ahead of time to make sure it isn't super packed, so I would recommend. They accept walk ins and will usually take you in immediately if they aren't crazy busy! Prices are not too crazy either. This is my spot and will continue to go here for quite some time.
