I first discovered Big Easy Services almost six years ago when all my family was coming to town for a memorial service for my husband—and, of course, my lift station decided to stop working. My former service provider had retired, so I was referred to a few companies. The only one who could do the job in the short time I had was Big Easy Services. They sent someone out right away and replaced the broken part. Both their customer service and technician were exceptional. I didn’t need their services again until last week, when my lift station stopped working again—this time with a backed-up sink—right before I was about to leave town. Once again, they sent someone promptly, and the problem was fixed quickly. From my very first experience to now, their customer service and technicians have consistently gone above and beyond.
