Mike was super lovely he diagnosed and fixed the problem. It took 5 minutes. It’s a fee just for him to come and then additional fee for repairs but you know what that’s completely fair. People should respect trade personnel so what if it’s done quick !! It was a Saturday and it’s a holiday weekend!!!
I’ve been using alpha air over 12 years. Mr. Mike And Miss Linda are wonderful. Due to a rare medical condition my body does not regulate temperature internally or externally so an air conditioner is absolutely imperative for my survival literally. Every time I’ve called Mike is on the spot and does a wonderful job. The storm last Friday fried my control board and a switch. I think it took him two hours and now I have air conditioner again. Never once have they told me “do you need a brand new air conditioning unit“. Mentioning no company name but that’s what I was told when I used a different company where I previously lived. Hi Folks! I don't usually write reviews, but mike and team rocked it from start to finish. They've worked on 2 units for me and work is top notch. They replaced w whole unit and fixed another. I would highly use and recommend them again! Thanks again Michael
