Paid thousands of dollars for carpet that was installed very poorly. I keep finding gaps, because the installers cut it too short. As you can see they patched a hole with a small cutout. The did come back out and fix the poor vinyl installation job. I paid over $8,000 and the installation was garbage.

We ordered almost 3k worth of flooring a week ago. The rep said the order was coming from Houston and would be in on the following yesterday. We called to check on the order and the woman who answered was clueless of our order. Today the rep who put in our order called first thing in the morning and said the Houston warehouse “forgot” to put the order on the truck and it would be another week for our floors to come in. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and POOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!

they give you the run around and don't return phone calls when promised. my husband is thinking its a scam even though its a reputable place. I don't understand why it takes 3 months to get flooring in. Wouldn't do business again.
