This window has not been working for 5 years. I called several places to have it fixed but they didn't want such a small job. Stephen Earle, answered my call and came to see me within a day. He explained everything too me, measured the window and gave me a price. The window had an a/c in it and I knew there would be water damage. In his estimate he figured the materials and time to repair that as well.I had another company coming to give me an estimate but after talking with Stephen, I cancelled that appointment.
