LOVE!!! Great to rent from! They are so easy to talk to and deal with. They fix any issues very quickly. I have already referred a number of friends looking to rent in the near future!
I have rented from this company for about 3 years now. The manager, Haley Hall, is wonderful. She has always been very quick and efficient to handle any issues that I have had before. Haley has an open door policy which makes me feel like I can talk to her about anything. She is very professional and personable.
My fiancé and I have rented with Haley Hall for 2 years and we have not one complaint. Haley took care of any needs or issues quickly and made sure to follow up to ensure completion. Haley was always super sweet, professional and very understanding. If we ever move back to West Monroe, we will definitely rent from Haley again. The best landlord we have had since being in Louisiana.
