I’m so excited with my new floors. I do suggest anyone looking to replace their floor to do a little homework on the type of new floors you want and New Orleans Flooring has a good website and showroom.I was so nervous about having to a finding a contractor to install my floors, but New Orleans Flooring can handle that with installers they have. They had Oscar and Chris assigned to do my removal and installation. Well, I was nervous never having met these guys. High quality flooring at below big box store prices. Very knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to make sure your needs are met, even personally delivering flooring when their delivery truck was broke down.

A very pleasant experience. The staff was so nice and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They did this job within a week of notice and I couldn’t have asked for any better.
