From the first point of contact with Mandy in the office, to the final installation by Eric and Nick, the team at Acadian Windows is dedicated to expert installation and friendly customer service. One customer had French doors, siding, and windows replaced by Acadian, and was impressed by the great communication and teamwork of the installers. Brad, who managed the window installation, and Laine, who oversaw the siding, soffit, and gutter installation, were both praised for their work. The customer also noted a decrease in their electric bill after the installation. Another customer, who had Brad, Gil, and their crew replace their siding, praised the team for their friendliness and attention to detail, as well as the efficient installation process and thorough clean-up. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I knew the moment I first spoke with Mandy in the office, that Acadian Windows was the right choice for our replacement windows. Mandy and Neal (our salesman), both took the time to listen to what we had in mind, and to explain our options. We then met with Eric and Nick (our installers), who came out for measurements. And as if we didn’t know already, they sealed the deal on us knowing for sure we were in great hands. The entire team had excellent communication. We were kept informed of our order status, installation dates, etc. The installation was done meticulously. Mandy even checked in multiple times during the installation process, to see how things were going. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our new windows which are beautiful and of excellent quality. We also could not be happier with the entire process. It gave us such peace of mind to be able to put our total trust in this company and team. If you choose Acadian Windows (and believe me, you should), you will not be disappointed. Many thanks to Mandy, Neal, Eric, and Nick.
