I highly recommend this company!!!!! Megan at Servpro answered the telephone when I called to inquire about their services. She was very friendly, informative and prompt in getting me an estimate and getting me scheduled. I had Servpro do a residential job at my mother-in-law's home in Ragley, LA on Tuesday, February 25. Their employees were very professional, thorough, and explained several things to me as they were cleaning and/or if I had any questions, etc. The carpet area, sofa, chair, and rocking chair ALL look amazing!!!!!
