“The wait time was really short in the waiting room & in the actual exam room to speak to the first person, then the PA came in immediately after. Lab results were also pretty much immediate. They didn’t speak down to me even though I struggled to describe symptoms & medications in the correct terms. This was all one day before a holiday & never once did I get the feeling they’d rather not be there, that they wanted to just get me out the door. Prescription was sent immediately, paperwork was thorough. The 2nd lab results came back on a Saturday & I got a personal call which I missed & then a voicemail. Called right back & the same person picked up, didn’t put me on hold once, and read me my results. Additional prescription sent to pharmacy immediately. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better scenario except maybe being well & not needing to go to Urgent Care to begin with. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I’m traveling and needed an evaluation for a nasty bug bite. Made an appointment online and only had maybe a 5 minute wait when I got there. Within less than 30 minutes I had made the appointment, had an evaluation and received prescriptions. Super nice people also. Highly recommend.“
