Urgent Care near Denham Springs

“My recent visit didn't go as well as previous visits. After initial vitals were taken, I had to wait in the exam room for 25 minutes before the nurse came in. There were no other patients at the clinic. Unacceptable! The nurse appeared to have just gotten up from a nap even though it was 8:30am and seemed very uninterested in what was wrong with me. Without running any tests she said I "only" had a cold, gave me a steroid shot, and released me. I don't think I will be going back.“

“I chose this walk in clinic because it was the only option when I was sick previously and I was treated so well then. This visit was ok. There was practically no wait time and the receptionist was great. But the doctor was not very nice. I chose to go back to this location because the doctor in my town is not nice either. I’m not sure if this is just typical for walk in clinics or just lake after hours. But seriously doctors. Be nicer.“

“Came in on a Friday morning at 8:30 (they open at 8) and was in and out within an hour. Very clean inside, staff was phenomenal and quick. There's a small area for kids painted with dish and they have a tv going with animal clips. The mini fridge with waters is very considerate I haven't sweet hat before! Fantastic experience from front desk to check out!“
