My recent visit didn't go as well as previous visits. After initial vitals were taken, I had to wait in the exam room for 25 minutes before the nurse came in. There were no other patients at the clinic. Unacceptable! The nurse appeared to have just gotten up from a nap even though it was 8:30am and seemed very uninterested in what was wrong with me. Without running any tests she said I "only" had a cold, gave me a steroid shot, and released me. I don't think I will be going back.
Fast, friendly, convenient location! The staff are outstanding! They make you feel welcome! Patient with children! Love this place! Will definitely keep coming here instead of Lake Urgent Care!
