Derek identified issues we were having with our AC unit and worked until it was fixed. Parts were not available locally but that didn’t stop him from getting the job done. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using capital City Maintenance

Very professional and on time! They were quick to come out and get our problem with our A/C fixed and did a great job explaining what was done. We will be using them for all of our A/C needs from now on.
