Staff seems unhappy. Was overcharged for co pay which I told them but the lady knew she was right. The exam part is completely different from the office part. I can't seem to get them to email my prescription to me. Worse are my glasses are horrible. Im pretty sure its because the non smiling rarely talking person put a mark where bi focal should begin and it is in such the lower part of the glasses that I have to hold them up to read. I mentioned it when I picked them up but was told I'd get use to them. If u want to stop getting complaints revamp ur staff. Office staff only. I don't know if ur office manager has a bad attitude or what but they seem to copy each others...read full review

My family and I have been to two Bond Wroten locations now, Hammond LA and now Denham Springs LA. I can say that I have no reason to go anywhere else for my families of the optical needs. Everyone is considerate and patient.

Called and made my child appointment 7 days early and I also got a text message confirming the appointment. And when I bout my child the on the appointment date, they said she was now where in the system. The lady was rude and I showed her the day I called and the day I got the text to confirm the appointment and all she could say was someone must have not put her information in. I told her that asked me for all her I formation to even make the appointment..... the lady didn't have nothing else to say about it. They did end up seeing my child that day but it was a long while waite before someone would take her.It had me very unhappy because I had to take off work early...read full review
