I called around 5 and was told to come in , I only live a minute away and I was rushed out because they were closing at 7, I got a full set and my feet done, why did you tell me to come in if all you were going to do is rush me out the door?, they jacked up my nails and they look flat and aren't even, the nail tech that was doing my nails tried to rush the process and only did 2 coats when I needed 3. She didn't like that I told her to do a 3rd coat. She was definitely aggravated because they didn't want to take the time and do my nails right the first time. Of course none of them really speak good enough English to understand them. Now I have to live with this set until they fall off , they also gave me a GEL polish when I didn't ask for that , I never get gel and by the time I realized that's what they were doing it was too late. I wasted $110 on this. I will NOT be back. This place sucks.

My fiancé and I came here for pedicures last weekend. When I sat down, I informed my nail tech that I did not want her to remove my polish or trim my nails. I just wanted her to tend to my heels and do the other aspects of the pedicure we chose. She asked again and I repeated myself. She drew the water, went to retrieve a box with her supplies, came back with tools indicating she was going to do the nail services I requested she not do anyway. As I suspected, she started removing my polish. I had just trimmed my nails the week before and was concerned that now she would be making them way too short. I've been here a few times because it's convenient. These people will do anything to make a dollar. My nails are never "long" yet they wanted to charge me more money because the length I asked for was considered a $40 length. I have no idea what that meant so I had her cut my nails to the $30 length. There was literally no difference! I don't wish bad on anyone but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. Ive learned my lesson and will never give these people a dime ever again. BTW...this wasn't the first time they tried to pull one over on me.Services: Acrylic nails
