Super upset with how this clinic handled my situation. I had a senior dog that was 12 not in great condition. I brought her in to get checked out. Long story short she had puss in her uterus. I was VERY clear with the vet that I wasn't in a position to put a ton of money into the dog if the outcome would be the same. she assured me that all she needed was a surgery to remove her uterus. I told her I did not have the money to cover it upfront. She told me I could apply for a credit card. I felt obligated to do so. She told me I could lie on the application to get approved. which I didn't do. I was truthful with the application. but just the fact she would encourage that was odd to me. She told me worst case scenario would be $800. My dog was 12 and not well. they proceeded with the surgery and she ended up dying after operating. the vet told me she thinks maybe she was too sepsis. I did not hear from the vet again. I checked my email and seen a charge from this credit card. she charged me $1000. basically maxing out the credit card. The least she could have done was call me to let me know. I called the office to speak with someone but no one called back. now I'm stuck with a $1000 credit card bill with no dog. I feel like I was scammed by this clinic and will never step foot back into this place again.

Love all the staff and how they make my boy feel special every time we go. We feel right at home at Crowley Vet and Dr Olsen has been wonderful with Finn’s condition. Best staff and doc around!!!

We said goodbye to our 4 1/2 year olds doodle who had been battling lymphoma since May. Dr Olson and her staff have been amazing throughout the entire process. I liked her before but going through something like this you see more. She sat in the floor with us, let us talk and take our time and cried with us. I will never forget that and will continue to bring any dog we may get in the future to her. She’s the best for so many reasons.
