If you are looking for a reliable air conditioning/heating company, Edward is your guy. We have been using him for over 10 years for maintenance and he also installed a new unit. He always answers the phone. If he doesn’t answer, he is fast to respond. Yesterday we woke up to a leaky ceiling from the A/C and he was here by the afternoon. He has come by on his way home from work, late in the evening when our old A/C had went out. We love Edward and highly recommend. Thank you so much for being so reliable. You don’t find reliable companies these days. You’re the best!!!!

I have been using Tropical A/C and Heat for about 2 years now. We have an old system that we inherited so we're trying to keep it running as long as possible. Edward (both of them) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. There have been here very quickly every time I have needed them and have provided great service. They were able to get us in within hours of our call. Tech showed up on time, well dressed and presentable. He was knowledgable and well spoken and communicated the issues of our system both very technical and in terms easily understood. Even if it wast great news.

I am personally thankful for our tech, as we have been dealing with a home warranty company prior to this. They had sent two different techs at two different time and both gave different explanations as to why unit wasn't working. None of which was the actual problem.

I can not recommend this company in any higher regards.
