Came in today with my Dad to get some help with matching our grout. Just needed a very small amount to repair a chip. These guys went above and beyond to help AND make sure we didn’t need to buy a huge expensive amount just to fix a small hole. This is my go to place now because the customer service was exceptional! We had a new shower and floor put in our new bathroom. We went with Southern Flooring instead of hiring an independent contractor and boy it was a good idea. We ran into a few problems some that we caused but they stepped up and resolved them. I told them to make my wife happy and they went above and beyond. They are easy to work with, friendly and really help along the way. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
