When u pay over $60 plus tip u think you would get a good job right. When it takes only 10 Mins to wash cut nails fetal cleaning trim face legs underbody. You get your pet back wet and that something must be wrong with him. A flag goes up. I ask for a credit to make sure he was done right this time. Was told they don’t want my business.Good riddance.

EVERYONE USE ANGELAS POOCH PARLOR! Same prices but the convenience of coming to you!!! When I made my appointment I was told they could see my dogs around 9:15 but they had a large dog that morning that they were seeing before mine. I got there after 9:30 in which another customer was in front of me dropping off her dog. They were no where ready to start grooming my dogs and had to put them in the open side gate area bc they didn't have kennels to accommodate which was fine. So then i get the call to come pick them up and I am told I am being charged a late fee bc I was 15 minutes late. I could understand if you were waiting on me but that was not the case. I will not be coming back or recommending this place. Angela's pooch parlor seems to be the best option for us and is actually cheaper and mobile!!!! The owner then follows up on Facebook to tell me I got there at 9:50 and should have been charged two late fees for two dogs. I explained that the employee checked me in on their system well after I left because I had a text that I received from my daughter at 9:39 and I was leaving theIr parking lot. I had time to wait behind another customer who was filling out paperwork, place my dogs in an open gated area and fill out the same paperwork. This place is a joke and just found a way to charge an additional $15. Maybe the owner will give this to her employee as a tip for doing this and completely lost my business and anyone else I tell about this!!!

This place is great and these ladies did a wonderful job. My dogs are maniacs. They're country dogs that have 1/2 acre fenced yard that they just run in. They have never been leash trained and they can pull me all over the place. I took them in the door and the groomers immediately calmed them down. They did the exact work I asked them to do. When I picked them up they were completely calm and the groomers were working on an enormous golden retriever that was laying there cool as a cucumber. I would highly recommend and will use them again!
