I took my laptop to Mr. Matte after the screen stopped working. He was able to diagnose the issue, provided estimates for replacement parts and labor (all of which was more than reasonable), and return my laptop in perfect working condition! I will absolutely be a return customer for any additional issues and am happy to recommend him to family and friends.
I was in a major bind with my Lenovo laptop computer going out on me, with my project and operation of company at stake. Called Mr. Mattes to discuss setup of new laptop and transferring of files from old to new. Thank goodness he made the time needed, which to several hours to perform, without hesitation! The more I spoke with him, the more I realized and appreciated his high Level of understanding he had in this field, reaching far beyond computer trouble shooting, repairs, formatting, etc. Trust me on this... he's an excellent resource and a trustworthy gentleman too boot.
Prompt efficient honest sevice replacing my internal hard drive with a new ssd. Cloned the data to the new drive. All works great. A much faster laptop was the result. My 10 year old laptop works like new and is much faster.
