John is a Great Guy to go-to on the Northshore for your computer repair needs! He's very knowledgeable, quick turn-around, and quotes you accurately before you drop off your laptop/computer for repair. I've used John twice so far and I would use him again, should the need arise. He is down to earth and genuine. Very communicative throughout the repair process.

After paying on-line and wasting a lot of time for an HP tech to tell me my hard drive had crashed and there wasn't anything more they could do to get my computer working, let alone recover all my information, I discovered John's PC Repair while trying to find someone locally as a last ditch effort. He allowed me to drop my desktop off on the weekend and he had it working, upgraded, and was able to recover all my information in just a few days. He is very personable and knowledgeable, along with being reasonable and fair in his fees. John has been a great resource for all my PC and computer-related repairs and advice since 2006. He provides excellent quality service in a timely manner for all devices. He is extremely competent, addressing virtually all types of problems and issues. It is great to have someone like John to be able to rely on.
