Erik and HDMK arrived on a weekend to inspect a house with me and saved me 30 years of misery. I am buying a home in Slidell in 2024 and there are fears. Erik and I worked together and he answered all the concerns I was having: termite, structure, drainage, appliances and even cleanliness. Once I felt that I have seen enough to withdraw my offer, Erik was kind enough to give me a prorated cost to ensure that I was able to get another inspection for a another home. I believe and and have confidence in HDMK and will use their services again. Thank you.
In my many years owning houses, I have never seen such a detailed and accurate inspection report. I'm very impressed for the extensive inspection report and the continuing service HDMK provides. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who is a prospective buyer.
