I was sending flowers to my dear friend near New Orleans (I'm in Denver). From the moment the phone was picked up at Florist of Covington, I knew I had chosen the right florist. I was treated with kindness and fun in helping pick the "right" flower arrangement. Suggestions were offered for the type of flowers, style of arrangement, and budget. My friend was not in her office when delivery was attempted. The delivery lady called me and asked how I would like it handled. I recently ordered a funeral arrangement Florist of Covington, and I was very pleased with the customer service and compassion that I received! Joy made the ordering process straightforward, and the selection of plants and flowers were beautiful.
Delivery was prompt and right on schedule, which I really appreciated. The Peace Lily plant was fresh and just as stunning as it looked online. It brought smiles at a time when the feeling of being uplifted was needed.
I highly recommend Florist of Covington for any floral needs. I’ll definitely be back for more in the future!
Was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call letting me know my sister did not answer her door but they left the arrangement on the front porch. She was in the back yard. She loved the arrangement. Thank you and I will be using your business again.
