Dr. Voelkel was very thorough and gentle. He explained everything and continually asked if I was feeling ok during my procedure. He is very kind and caring. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Let me begin by saying I understand that we all are human, that sometimes mistakes are made. That said the way I was treated, the neglect that occurred and most importantly the way it was handled was appalling. After a root canal failed I went in to have the tooth removed. They tried to talk me into another root canal not only on that tooth but the adjacent one. I explained that I did not want one, nor could I afford to spend another 2k+ on the teeth. Finally after being given a bill for almost $1400 to remove the tooth and cap the adjacent tooth done at once I relented.
