“Shawn was the first hair stylist in my area that I felt welcomed and comfortable to get my hair done with. I looked over reviews and saw how satisfied other customers were so I decided to give a try. Usually I am always worried about getting my hair done by someone else because I have really curly hair and needed a trim VERY bad. I had very dry hair because of my last color and desired a blow soft curl look. Mrs. Shawn executed my request and exceeded my expectations! I am thoroughly satisfied with my results and am going to look forward to keeping her as my hair stylist. I can tell and appreciate the fact that she loves what she does. She not in a rush to get you out of the chair. She is detailed, precise, gentle and patient. Thank you thank you thank you“

“Today was the first time I had an intimate wax. I have made a few appointments in the past only to cancel and all day my stomach was in knots just thinking about the upcoming appointment but I am so glad I went. I felt more energized and relaxed, and my guts felt less entangled. I'd highly recommend a massage from them.“

“EVERY single time I’ve been to this salon, I’ve always felt super welcomed & gotten the queen treatment for sure. Everyone is always all smiles, super friendly, sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is super bright as well so if you’re having a bad day & walk inside, you’ll definitely be in better spirits and I love that. Thats why I’ve continued to come back because the customer service is unmatched. I’ve never been anywhere w/this level of service.BUT I have to say every single time I’ve been, I’ve had an issue. First time, my nails started to look really bad after only two days. Second, I couldn’t get my nails how I wanted them because the tech said she didn’t have time & all I wanted was a French tip. Third, my nails were really discolored and odd looking after only ONE day. Fourth, I set a morning appointment and I got a text from the stylist saying my appointment had to be changed to an evening appointment because of scheduling issues. I’m so sad to not be able to give this salon 5 stars because all the service providers I’ve encountered are truly the sweetest service providers I’ve ever worked with but I just can’t look pass these issues.“

“For about 15 years I had Brazilian blowouts on my naturally curly hair. However, Louisiana is not a "blowout friendly state." Time to go back to what's natural, but something I had no idea how to do. Came to Felicia in a desperate state of out-of-control curls. One look and her response was, "Your curls are crowded." From there she set to work moisturizing my very dry hair, explaining products that could work on my hair texture, and future day-to-day care for my hair. It all was very easy to understand and to incorporate into my routine. The appointment took about two hours - there was a LOT of thinning and trimming to be done - but the result was a fantastic cut that even someone as untalented as I can maintain. And my hair feels so much better.“

“This beauty spa is located upstairs and was previously a Brazilian wax place but it has been transformed into suites with stylists that specialize in sew ins, quick weaves, makeup, lashes, etc. Every stylist that I encountered here had a positive attitude. Tia (Kwanzaa Kollection) was my daughter’s stylist. She was very pleasant. Tia still washes hair ya’ll; what a plus! I sent her a picture and she went from there. She said that she was a former stylist at a makeup retail store. She specializes in all hair types. I recommend Tia.“

“I love this nail salon and always have a great service here. I get acrylics regularly done and pedicures every month. They are very affordable and durable. I bartend and my nails always lift prematurely, but I feel like I get their full 2-3 weeks before needing refill. When I do get a pedicure, the stone massage is always beyond my expectations. The staff is attentive, accommodating, detail oriented, and get my services done all within a reasonable time. There's usually only 2-3 technicians and even when there's volume in the salon, they're very efficient. And they always have catfish on which makes me feel like my services breeze through and I'm not starting at my nail technician the entire time. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I don't know why I don't have more photos of my hands but snapped one today. I always get compliments and they offer the cat-eye nails as well!“
