Pelican Pointe Car Wash - Chalmette

Damaged my passenger side mirror, have been trying to get a call back from the manager for 2 weeks now. Poor management.Update- replaced mirror cover, still nervous to get another was but they made up for the issue

This carwash chain has a great set up to self detail vehicles. The vacuum area is out fitted with pistol grip air blowers perfect for getting dirt out of unreachable areas and creases. The suction of the vacuums is continuously powerful! The hoses are long enough to reach all areas of larger SUV style vehicles. Drove my vehicle through one round and came out spotless. However, I travel a lot and use multiple Pelican Pointes. I did find at the Chalmette location the "moral" of the facility is obviously down. This car wash was Great. I loved the blower to get dust out the car and small spaces and cracks. I loved that they had cleaning solution and towels available. They were literally the best car wash I’ve ever been to.
