“For about 15 years I had Brazilian blowouts on my naturally curly hair. However, Louisiana is not a "blowout friendly state." Time to go back to what's natural, but something I had no idea how to do. Came to Felicia in a desperate state of out-of-control curls. One look and her response was, "Your curls are crowded." From there she set to work moisturizing my very dry hair, explaining products that could work on my hair texture, and future day-to-day care for my hair. It all was very easy to understand and to incorporate into my routine. The appointment took about two hours - there was a LOT of thinning and trimming to be done - but the result was a fantastic cut that even someone as untalented as I can maintain. And my hair feels so much better.“

“Ok, so whenever I'm out of town I try to have as many local experiences as possible, and ain't nothing more local than getting your hair done. I know, chancey for sure because you don't know the stylists and they don't know you, but I took a leap on faith that Black women, no matter where you are, gonna lay that hair. I had to pick from a selection of stylists, which wasn't too hard since everyone had impeccable skill from their photos. I booked online which was super seamless. I think the most challenging part was articulating what I wanted done (which I think was also challenging for my stylist). However, in the end, she gave me exactly what I wanted and I feel super cute for the remainder of my NOLA trip. Thanks ladies for the lively entertaining conversations (which I stayed quiet through the whole time cuz ain't nothing worse than a newbie inserting themselves in shop business) and thank you Cori for your patience and execution. “I love this nail salon and always have a great service here. I get acrylics regularly done and pedicures every month. They are very affordable and durable. I bartend and my nails always lift prematurely, but I feel like I get their full 2-3 weeks before needing refill. When I do get a pedicure, the stone massage is always beyond my expectations. The staff is attentive, accommodating, detail oriented, and get my services done all within a reasonable time. There's usually only 2-3 technicians and even when there's volume in the salon, they're very efficient. And they always have catfish on which makes me feel like my services breeze through and I'm not starting at my nail technician the entire time. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I don't know why I don't have more photos of my hands but snapped one today. I always get compliments and they offer the cat-eye nails as well!“

“I purchased the bundles a week ago. This was my first time purchasing from this company. I can't lie the customer service was top tier, the lady was so nice. The hair is very soft and pretty, however I don't think this hair is 100% human hair as it has been curled several times since being installed, but it will not hold any curls at all. I have been buying bundles for many years and I have never had an issue with the hair not staying curled, also I noticed that there were many different strands of hair that is similar to synthetic hair. I gave 4 stars because of the customer service and the hair is pretty, and also, I do realize that business can't control what their vendor sends them, so I get it, but I like my hair curly. Oh, and the hair was a very decent price. I just had the install done Saturday, so I'll monitor the hair for shedding and tangling.“
